Gilbert’s growth will continue you this year, with 4 highly anticipated restaurant openings on the horizon. The restaurants will include O.H.S.O, a dog-friendly brewery, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, an American restaurant and gastropub, Culinary Dropout at The Yard, the 7th and largest Culinary Dropout location in the Valley, and Creamistry, an instant, liquid-nitrogen-style ice cream shop.
