1 pkg spice cake mix
1 C canned pumpkin
1/2 C salad oil
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C water
3/4 C chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients except nuts. Blend then beat for 5 minutes. Fold in nuts. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar or use a thin glaze.
