Everything. Communication process, input on sales price, negotiations, smooth transaction despite multiple things that could’ve derailed it. Honestly, everything about the transaction was top notch and I wish more Realtors had your level of understanding, competence, communication, and grace.
I honestly don’t know where to start with how great of service and communication that was provided throughout the sales process. I’ve been involved in 50 plus home sales and I’ve never experienced an agent or team do so much for their client to make a successful transaction so easy. They helped with everything the entire way and communicated it very well. They had solutions to every single problem that popped up and were a one stop shop for the sale process.
