As you may have heard, the Arizona real estate market is hot. Interest rates are low and there is a heavy buyer demand for homes. The challenge is that there are not enough homes listed for sale for all of the buyers looking. In fact, we are working with a number of buyers that we are struggling to find homes for at Encanterra and across the Phoenix area.
