Lemon Bars Recipe from Marcia J. on Crucillo Crust 1 Cup of flour 1/2 cup of butter 1/4 cup of Powdered Sugar Mix and put in 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes Lemon Filling 1 cup sugar 2 T. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 beaten eggs 3 T. Lemon juice Zest from one lemon Combine and pour over crust. Continue to bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Let cool then frost. Icing 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 T. butter 2 T. lemon juice
