Independence Day doesn’t fall on a Monday again until 2022, which makes the coming holiday weekend that much more special. Welcome the warm summer days with all the lemonade you can handle at Saturday’s Lemonade Days festival in downtown Queen Creek. It’s no secret that Schnepf Farms is the place to go when peach season arrives, and we are finally just one week away from all-peach-everything at the annual Peach Festival. Head on out to try it all: peach pie, peach pancakes,  peach cookies, peach cobbler, and even peach salsa!
