Our team has a vision to exceed our clients expectations on all levels. The business of real estate can be extremely fast paced and we always strive to go above and beyond for every client we meet. Our teams resale listings have grown tremendously over the past year, inside and outside the gates of Encanterra. With this growth, we knew we needed to expand our team in a way that would benefit our clients, specifically our sellers.
We are thrilled to introduce Travis Wilson, our full time maintenance manager for Shea Preferred Realty Group. Travis joined our team just a few months ago but he is already making a huge impact for our team. The purpose of hiring Travis is to offer complimentary maintenance services to our sellers. Anything from hosing off your patio after a dust storm or changing out that chirping smoke detector battery. Travis keeps our listings in tip top shape and maintains a high quality curb appeal ensuring our homes are show ready everyday. Many of our sellers will leave for the summer so Travis does a bi-weekly checklist of any home that is vacant. He also assists our sellers with inspection items once an offer comes in. We’re excited to have him join our team and we’d love to tell you a little more about him.
Travis was born in Anaheim, California and raised in Temecula. Travis has three brothers and one sister. His family moved to Arizona in 1999 and he graduated from Highland High school in Gilbert in 2006. Travis worked many years in construction and as an electrician. He later lead a crew for cell phone tower inspections. Travis is a newlywed and married Alix a year ago this past November. They had a big beautiful wedding at Encanterra. When he is not working you’ll find him at the gym. He loves to weight train and focuses on a healthy lifestyle. He is also a very talented woodworker. Travis has an adorable son, Ryder who is 11 years old.
Travis is also a cancer survivor. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2016. He underwent four rounds of chemotherapy and had a final surgery to remove all of the lymph nodes in his abdomen. He has now been in remission for 2 years and that is why family time is so important to him.
