Ben and TJ were referred to me by Shea Homes. Once I contacted Ben and TJ they responded immediately, set up an appointment and showed up on time as promised. The initial meeting was thorough and honest. When the meeting was over I knew exactly what steps to take and what to expect in the coming days. We agreed on a plan to sell my home and immediately got started. A buyer was found very quickly and the sale process began. TJ managed everything from then on and kept me in the loop and we spoke frequently during the sales process.
