Trends in design center selections, does that affect you?

Wow have things changed over the past 5-10 years. Floor plans with living and dining rooms, closed dens and other areas of typical non-user friendly areas have been replaced with wide open and entertainment centered designs. Floor tiles that are 12” x 12” or 16” x 16” are phasing out and being replaced by tiles as large as 3’ x 5’, yes 5 feet long. Walk in showers are taking place of separate tubs and showers, highly updated kitchens and appliances are now expected, many man-made counter top options are taking place of granite, and the changes are endless. Add lots that are smaller than the past and tandem garages are now common.
